Expensive Date

"A guy takes a girl on a date. She orders costly champagne, oysters, lobsters, the most expensive food on the menu. The guy asks: “Do you eat like this at your mom’s place?” The girl replies, “No, my mother doesn’t plan to sleep with me after the meal!!! "

A girl I know, once complained bitterly that a guy took her to the cinema and didnt buy her anything to eat during the movie or after and she hadnt eaten all day in anticpation of the date.

She was really bitter- i guess largely from the hunger pangs as this was by the next morning and she seemed not to have had anything for breakfast yet.

Ladies whats the issue with you people and food?
