That's the Honorable Minister of Agriculture during the Q and A session.
He gave us insight to whats happening with Cassava flour and we actually enjoyed
a delicious cake and bread made from 20% cassava flour and 80% wheat.
 He also gave insight to finance opportunities for farmers
and achievements  in the sector since his resumption as Minister.
